This project offers a unique opportunity for smart infill that will provide much needed family friendly rental housing on a currently underutilized site. Within walking distance to Dupont Station, we believe this is the model for the "missing middle" that Toronto has been looking for.

A collaborative community engagement resulted in a project that maintains the character, scale, and streetscape of the existing neighbourhood . This project creates more family-orientated, long term rental options in a thriving neighbourhood with access to transit and community amenities.
